OUR STRUCTURE

Governance

The Vineyard movement is a family network of local autonomous, yet interdependent, churches who are committed to a transparent and accountable system of governance who congregate around VCUKI (Vineyard Churches United Kingdom and Ireland)

Each church is independent.

Affiliated Churches manage their own affairs, are financially independent and employ their own Licensed Senior Pastor.

Inverclyde Vineyard Church is a registered SCIO charity in Scotland (No. SC048604) and its licenced Senior Pastor is Trevor Gregory.

Each Church is accountable.

Affiliated Churches have chosen to be part of the Vineyard movement and carry its name. This relationship is one of spiritual respect and submission. VCUKI is where churches have found a leadership that they can trust and willingly want to submit to. VCUKI provides vision, encouragement, training, oversight, care, and, when necessary, correction.

For Inverclyde Vineyard Church we draw upon this wider association and membership for Accountability and Resources.

Local Governance

As an independent charity Inverclyde Vineyard Church is governed by a group of Trustees.  Like all registered charities their role is to ensure legal, financial, operational, and strategic compliance and practice.

Alongside the Trustees is a Leadership team of volunteers which is led by Trev & Denice Gregory.
